This article shows you how to install the Android operating system of your Samsung Galaxy S3 device to factory settings. You can do this using the S3 Settings app, or using the System Recovery menu when your computer is turned off. Note that the initial setup settings will erase all data stored in the internal storage (not SD card) of the Galaxy S3, so you need to back up any data you want to keep before proceeding.

Steps

Method 1 of 2: Using the Settings app

1.
