This wiki page will show you how to cancel your Spotify subscription on iPhone using a mobile browser or iTunes, depending on how you subscribed to Spotify.

Steps

Method 1 of 3: Cancel Spotify Premium

1.

   • Use this method if you subscribed to Spotify through iTunes on the mobile app.

   Scroll down and tap iTunes and App Store (iTunes & App Store). This is next to a blue icon with text A white color inside white circle.

   Tap on Apple ID. It's at the top of the screen.

   Press View Apple ID (See Apple ID).
   • If prompted, enter your Apple ID Password or press the Home button for Touch ID.

   Scroll down and tap Subscriptions (Subscription package).

   Press Spotify.

   Press Cancel Subscription (Cancel subscription). This item is at the bottom of the screen.

   Press Confirm (Confirm). Your subscription will be canceled, and will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle. advertisement

Method 3 of 3: Close an account

1. 

   Access https://support.spotify.com/us/close-account. Work on Safari, Chrome, or a mobile web browser on iPhone.
   • All paid subscriptions must be canceled before closing your account.

2. 

   Sign in to Spotify.

3. 

   Press LOG IN (LOG IN).

4. 

   Scroll down and press the blue button CLOSE ACCOUNT (CLOSE ACCOUNT).

5. 

   Confirm that you are closing the correct account.

   Choose I understand, and still want to close my account (I understand and still want to close my account).
