This wikiHow teaches you how to find an interesting Telegram channel and join the conversation, using Android.

To step

1. Open the Telegram channel catalog in a mobile internet browser. Type tchannels.me in the address bar of your browser and click ↵ Enter on your keyboard. On this website you can browse a number of new and popular channels.
2. Tap on Add to next to a channel. Find a channel you want to join in the catalog and tap the red one Add to button next to it. You have to select an app to open it in a new popup window.
   • If you know the name of the channel you want to join, tap the magnifying glass icon in the top right corner of your Telegram chat list and search this channel.
3. Select Telegram in the selection menu.
4. Tap on Always. This will open the channel conversation in Telegram.
   • This option allows you to automatically open the Telegram app when you open a channel link on your Android.
   • If you One-off you must select an app every time you open a channel link.
5. Tap at the bottom ADD. Find the button ADD at the bottom of the channel conversation and tap it. This will immediately add you to the channel. You can now access this channel from your chat list.
