Method 1 of 2: Using the command window

  1. Open the command prompt (the command window). Go to Windows, then Run, and type "cmd". Hit enter.

  3. Then open the disk drives (Right-click and select Explore. Don't double click!) Delete autorun.inf and MS32DLL.dll.vbs or MS32DLL.dll (press Shift + Delete to delete the files) in all disk drives including Handy Drive and Floppy disk.
  4. Open the folder C: Windows to delete MS32DLL.dll.vbs or MS32DLL.dll (Press Shift + Delete)
  5. Go to start -> Run -> Regedit and open the Registry editor
  6. Then navigate to the left panel with: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> Software -> Microsoft -> Windows -> Current Version -> Run, then delete MS32DLL (Use the Delete key on the keyboard)
  7. Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER -> Software -> Microsoft -> Internet Explorer -> Main and delete Window Title entry “Hacked by Godzilla”
  8. Then open the group policy editor by typing gpedit.msc in Start> Run> Enter.
  9. Go to User Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> System. Double click on Turn Off Autoplay and then the Turn Off Autoplay Properties window will be displayed. Please do as follows:
    • Select Enabled
    • Select All disk drives
    • Click OK
  10. Then go to Start> Run and type msconfig, then hit Enter. A dialog box (Control Panel) appears.
  11. Go to the Startup tab and uncheck MS32DLL, then click OK and when asked if you want to restart the system, click Exit without restart.
  12. Then go to Tools> Folder Options in the top menu of a folder, select Do not show Hidden files and check Hide operating system files.
  13. Go to the trash can and empty it to avoid having another MS322DLL.dll.vbs somewhere there.
  14. Then restart the PC and you can open the hard drive by double clicking on it

Tips

  • Sometimes "cmd prompt" can give the error "file not found autorun.inf". Disk drives may not contain the autorun.inf file, so you can leave those disk drives alone and continue with the rest.

Warnings

  • AFTER deleting the file from all your hard drives, please restart your computer immediately. Do not try to open the disk drives with a double click before restarting, otherwise you will have to redo the whole procedure.
