Glazing is the stimulation of the salivary gland under your tongue, causing you to spit a trickle of saliva. It usually happens accidentally when you yawn. It takes practice and concentration to appear on purpose, but these steps will help you learn it.
To step
Method 1 of 4: Know the basics
Feel under your tongue, you can use the tip of your tongue or your finger for this. You should feel one small bump, this is your salivary gland. The scientific name for it is actually mandibular salivary gland.
Yawn or eat sour candies to stimulate saliva production. If you're using candy, make sure it's hard candy, such as a lollipop, or gum. Mustard also works very well. You can also build pressure in your salivary gland by rubbing the tip or side of your tongue against the sharp edge of your teeth.
Stand in front of a mirror. Of course you want to be able to see it when you slather.
Method 2 of 4: Hold your tongue
Hold your tongue gently against the roof of your mouth. Inhale and push.
Press the tip of your tongue just behind the previously mentioned bump. Press hard, then let go.
Method 3 of 4: Practice with your tongue
Follow the first two steps above.
Train your tongue muscle. Try to tighten the muscles in your upper arms, which is how it should feel when you tighten your tongue.
Push your lower jaw forward while tightening your tongue. Pull your jaw in and down again, inhale a little and press your tongue firmly against the roof of your mouth. A fine stream will probably come out of your mouth.
Method 4 of 4: Suck air under your tongue
Suck air under your tongue.
Push your jaw forward.
Push your tongue against the roof of your mouth, where your teeth merge into gums.
Ready.
Tips
- Eat something sweet or sour. This increases saliva production in your mouth.
- Make sure you have a lot of saliva in your mouth, under your tongue in the front.
- Make sure you are properly hydrated before attempting to glow.
- You can also slather after using a strong mouthwash.
