A milkshake made without whipped cream can be very tasty. If you're out of whipped cream for a while, or you just don't like it, there are still several great ways to make a delicious milkshake.

Ingredients

Milkshake in an instant:

  • 2 cups (475 ml) of milk
  • 1 tsp. (5 g) sugar
  • 12 ice cubes
  • Dash of vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp. (a pinch of salt
  • Chocolate syrup or any other flavor (optional)

Blender milkshake:

  • 12 ice cubes
  • 2 cups (475 ml) of milk
  • 1 tsp. (5 g) vanilla extract
  • 100 g of sugar
  • Chocolate syrup or any other flavor (optional)

Crushed Ice Cream Milkshake:

  • Milk (enough for a glass)
  • Syrup or fruits
  • Crushed ice

To step

Method 1 of 3: Blender milkshake

  1. Place 3/4 cup (100 g) of sugar in the blender. Blend again for 5-10 seconds.
  2. Add some ice to it. This works best with crushed ice. While blending, make sure that the shake does not get too thin.
  3. Serve and enjoy. Eat right away - a milkshake is only delicious if you drink it cold and the ice still gives its own texture to the drink.

Method 2 of 3: Milkshake in an instant

  1. Take a small plastic bag and fill it with milk. The plastic bag must be RE-SEALABLE.
  2. Put 1 tsp. sugar in the milk. Give it a stir.
  3. Add a few drops of vanilla extract / essence to it. Stir in the vanilla well.
  4. Fill another large bag halfway with ice. The bag must be large enough to accommodate a smaller bag and must be resealable. A one-liter will is ideal.
  5. Add 1/4 tsp. add salt to the large bag of ice. This has to do with exothermic reactions and is essential for thickening the mixture!
  6. Open the small bag and place in a bowl or cup. Enjoy your shake!

Method 3 of 3: Milkshake with crushed ice

  1. Add the remaining ingredients to the blender. If you want to use fruit, chop it into small pieces and put it in the shake.
  2. Blend until all ingredients are well blended.
  3. Add the crushed ice. Blend again and mix thoroughly.
  4. Pour it into a glass. The crushed ice will both make the milkshake cold and give it a thicker texture. Yum!

Tips

  • Add a few Oreos for a flavor explosion.
  • You can put a towel on the bag so that your hands don't get cold while shaking.
  • Should the bag open, shake the bag outside so that it does not become a mess.
  • Add a large spoonful of peanut butter for a decadent chocolate peanut butter shake.
  • Add 1 tbsp. instant coffee for a mocha shake.
  • Add berries. This will give the shake a delicious smoothie flavor. The more the better!
  • Add 1 very ripe banana for a chocolate banana shake.
  • If you have diabetes, you can add an artificial sweetener.
  • If you get tired of the shaking, let someone else take it over for a while.
  • Boil the mixture briefly to thicken it, then cool it again.

Warnings

  • This milkshake is cold and not as thick as other types of milkshakes.
  • Do not put too much vanilla extract / essence in the shake, otherwise it will become bitter.
