This wikiHow teaches you how to use the Network Recording Player app on your computer to access and view online meeting recordings saved in the ARF (Advanced Recording File) format.

Part 1 of 2: Installing NR Player

1. Open www.webex.com/play-webex-recording.html in your browser. You can download and use the free Network Recording Player app for your system here to open ARF files.
2. click on Windows or Mac OSX under the heading "ARF file". This will download the setup file to your computer.
   • If you don't have a default folder for your downloads, you will be asked to choose a download location.
3. Run the setup file on your computer. Find the setup file you just downloaded on your computer and open it to start the installation.
   • If you're using a Mac, open the DMG file you just downloaded and double-click the PKG file to start the installer.
4. Follow the steps and click to install in the installation window. This will install Network Recording Player on your computer.
   • Depending on your version, you may need to create a new username or confirm your computer password in a new popup.
5. click on Shut down or Close to complete the installation. The installation window closes. You can now use Network Recording Player to view ARF files.

Part 2 of 2: Playing an ARF file

1. Open the Network Recording Player app on your computer. You can find it in your Start menu in Windows, or on your desktop on a Mac.
2. Click on the tab File. This button is in the top left corner of your screen. It will open the file options in a drop-down menu.
3. click on To open from the File menu. This will open the file explorer in a new popup window and ask you to select a file to open and view.
   • Alternatively, you can use a keyboard shortcut to open a file. Just press Control+O in Windows or ⌘ Command+O on a Mac.
4. Select the ARF file you want to view. Find the recording file you want to play and click it in the file explorer to select it.
5. Press the button To open. This will open and play the ARF recording in the Network Recording Player app.
