Your iPhone is a great device with many useful apps. Unfortunately, Apple has also set up apps that you never use, and you can't delete those apps! In this article, we'll tell you a few ways to hide the apps so that your home screen is no longer cluttered with useless apps.

Method 1 of 2: Move the apps

1. Tap and hold the icon until the app starts shaking. The black and white X will now appear. Tap the X to remove the app from your home screen.
   • Please note this is not a permanent deletion. The app will be visible again after you restart your iPhone.

Tips

• These methods also work on other devices with iOS.
• You can delete non-Apple apps in the normal way. If you want them back, you can download them again on iTunes with your Apple ID.

Warnings

• There are some risks associated with using these types of hacking programs. So don't use the second method on your company phone, or if your phone contains sensitive information or photos.
• There are also apps available that only work if you jailbreak your iPhone. Doing so will void your warranty.
