1 Collect everything you need. Unlike a stud (earring), which can be simply glued on, making a ring requires a little more effort. You will need pliers, a pen or pencil, a file, and a wire or hairpin.

• Use a wire or a hairpin, depending on how you want your piercing to look. The earring can be thick (from a hairpin) and thin (from a wire), made of gold or silver. Floral wire is perfect for a thin ring.
• The necessary materials can be purchased from the office of the nearest store.
• You may not be able to make a ring of the correct shape on the first try, but after some practice in working with these materials, you will make a unique ring in the shortest possible time.

2 Make a ring. Place the accessories on a flat surface, preferably near a mirror. Ask a family member or friend for help if you find it difficult to work with these materials.

3 Twist the wire. It is necessary to give it the necessary shape, for which wrap the hairpin around the pen / pencil.

• Take a wire / hairpin and wrap it around a pen / pencil to form a circle. Then remove the resulting ring.

4 Cut the earring to size. Take a pair of tongs and bite off the ends of the wire / hairpin to bring the ends together. At this point, the ring should be circular. Don't worry if the ends touch completely.

5 Finish the ends of the piercing. Use pliers to bend the end of the wire / hairpin. Do not bend more than 0.6 cm. After fine-tuning the wire / pin, you will have a tiny O-shaped or closed U-shaped tip. The rounded end will make the earring secure and prevent it from cutting into your skin. The "O" edge should be on the inside of the nostril.

• File the other end of the wire / stud so that it does not scratch the outside of the nose.

6 Insert the ring. Insert the resulting ring into the nose and squeeze a little for a secure fit. It should bend easily to keep the piercing firmly in place during use.

• Remember that this is not a real piercing, so the earring can slip off at any time. That is why it must be taken out before going to bed, shower, swimming or any other vigorous activity.

Method 2 of 2: Make a stud

1. 1 Find all the accessories you need. You need to find something that resembles a small gem, which is usually placed on the tip of a nail, as well as glue to fix it. An earring can be made from a gem, beads, rhinestone or other suitable size product with a small and flat surface. It is recommended to use false eyelash glue as a fixer, as it is strong enough and does not harm the skin.
   • These materials can be purchased online or at an arts and crafts store.
   • Avoid glue that is harmful to the skin, in particular super glue, as its toxic fumes can be harmful.
2. 2 Prepare all materials. Start making your studs as soon as you find false eyelash glue and a matching stone.
   • Spread the materials near the mirror on a flat surface covered with a paper towel. The towel will prevent the glue from spilling onto the countertop and will also prevent the stud from being lost if you accidentally drop it.
   • If you hesitate when choosing a gem, then attach some of them to your nose to find the most suitable option.
3. 3 Attach the stud. Apply a drop of false eyelash glue to the back of the pebble. If you overdo it, the piercing will look messy and the glue will not dry out. Give it 20 seconds for a firm hold and then attach the stud to your nose.
4. 4 Hold the pebble with your finger until the glue dries. There is no need to push too hard; just hold it in place lightly and that should be enough. It will take approximately 30 seconds to dry completely.
5. 5 Look in the mirror! Admire your new reflection, piercing and overall look. The piercing will last all day if you do not touch it, do not try to dislodge it and sweat less. Remember that it is only held by the glue.
6. 6 Remove the stud at the end of the day. To do this, you just need to twist the pebble, and it will immediately disappear without any effort and pain.

Tips

• Do not try to pierce your nose yourself. See a specialist to avoid injury, infection, or the wrong piercing site.
• There are many types of fake piercings to experiment with, from rings to belly button earrings. Try wearing a fake piercing for a while before getting your nose pierced.
