Most people are not born with a flat stomach. This requires exercise. Read on for tips and exercises to help you flatten your belly!
Steps
1 First, reduce your intake of sugary foods and drinks. Find alternatives: carrots instead of potato chips, berries instead of cookies. If you reduce your intake of unhealthy foods and drinks, you can achieve a flat stomach much faster!
2 Cardio, cardio, cardio! Running, walking, dancing, cycling, swimming, playing sports; cardio works wonders! Exercise your cardiovascular system 5-6 times a week for 30 minutes. Maintaining your cardiovascular system will help you burn extra calories.
3 Cycling crunches work wonders for the lower abdomen. Raising your legs works wonders for your upper abdomen. Exercise "windshield wipers" well develops the oblique muscles of the abdomen. Do 2 sets of 25 reps of each exercise.
4 If you do cardio, eat healthy foods, and do some exercise 5-6 times a week, your belly will be flat very soon!

- Watching TV while doing sports - this will help you exercise longer, you will not even notice how you do a lot!
- Remember not to overdo it!
- Do not be discouraged if your regime goes awry. Just accept it and start again the next day. One day probably won't hurt your efforts. Just don't make it a habit.

- If you need to take a break, reduce the load so that you can return to more intense workouts.
- If you are hungry, eat, fasting will not lead to anything good.
