Steps
Method 1 of 3: Unblock your browser on Windows
1 Right click on the Windows taskbar.
2 In the menu that opens, select "Start Task Manager".
3 Go to the "Processes" tab and check the "Show processes for all users" option.
4 Highlight your browser process. For example, if you are using Google Chrome, highlight chrome.exe.
5 Click End Process.
6 In the window that opens with a request to confirm the completion of the process, click “End the process” again.
7 Click "Yes" to complete the process. You can now launch and work with your browser.
Method 2 of 3: Reset Browser on Mac OS X
1 Click "Safari" - "Reset Safari".
- If using Firefox, click Help - Troubleshooting Information - Reset Firefox.
2 In the window that opens, select the required options and click "Reset". The browser settings will revert to their default settings and the browser will no longer be blocked.
Method 3 of 3: Force Quit Browsing on Mac OS X
1 Press Command + Option + Escape at the same time.
