This article will show you how to post sensitive content to Instagram from your Android device. The preview of any post in the Instagram feed may be blurry if it is complained about as “containing sensitive material”; however, the post itself may not violate the service policy. To see such content, users need to click on the preview of the image or video. Anyone can upload sensitive content to Instagram, but you should remember that any content that violates the Instagram service policy will be removed.

Method 1 of 2: How to post sensitive content

1. 1 Open the Instagram app. The application icon looks like a white silhouette of the camera on a gradient yellow-purple background. You can find it on one of the desktops of your smartphone or in the application bar, or use the search.
2. 2 Create a new fast or history. To create a post, click on the plus sign at the bottom of the screen.
   • There are two ways to create a story: swipe from left to right across the screen, or tap the camera-shaped icon in the upper left corner of the screen.
3. 3 Add a filter to your image or video and click the button Further.
4. 4 Add a signature, place or tag other users (optional).
5. 5 Click the button Share this. This will add the content to your account gallery.

Method 2 of 2: How to report sensitive content

1. 1 Open the Instagram app. The application icon looks like a white silhouette of the camera on a yellow-pink-purple background.
2. 2 Find the post in the feed that you want to report. It is worth sending complaints only to those posts that really violate the rules of the service or are spam.
3. 3 Click the button ⋮ in the upper right corner of the post field.
4. 4 Select item Complain in the pop-up window.
5. 5 Select a reason for your complaint. You will have two reasons: "This is spam" or "This is inappropriate content." Click on one of them to send a complaint.

Tips

• Any post, the content of which may offend someone, can be marked as "delicate" and blurred in the preview.
• A post marked as “delicate” and blurred in the preview can still be viewed by tapping it.
