  • 4 cups cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup chopped carrots
  • 1/2 cup chopped green peppers
  • 1/2 cup chopped red pepper
  • 1 tbsp. l. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Method 2 of 6: Simple Shrimp Fried Rice

  1. 1 Prepare 4 cups of white rice. Read the cooking instructions on the package. You can cook the rice right away or use the one cooked the day before.
  2. 2 Fry the diced onion and bell peppers in a skillet over medium heat in vegetable oil. Chop 1/2 white onion, 1/2 cup green pepper and 1/2 cup red pepper and sauté them with one tablespoon of vegetable oil. Sauté for at least two minutes, until the onions are translucent, then set the skillet aside.
  3. 3 Fry the shrimp in vegetable oil in another skillet over medium heat. Use another frying pan, pour one tablespoon of vegetable oil into it, fry 225 g of peeled raw shrimp (without intestinal vein). Fry for 3-4 minutes, until they are no longer pink.
  4. 4 Place shrimp and rice in a skillet with vegetables and cook over medium heat. Add one tablespoon of soy sauce and one teaspoon of sesame oil and stir to combine the flavors. Method 3 of 6: Ingredients for Egg and Shrimp Fried Rice

  • 6 tbsp. l. peanut butter
  • 2 finely chopped shallots
  • 1 (5 cm) piece of peeled and grated ginger
  • 1/2 small head of Chinese cabbage
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 225 g medium sized shrimp, peeled (intestinal vein must also be removed)
  • 3 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 4 cups cooked long grain rice
  • 1/2 cup thawed frozen peas
  • 3 tbsp. l. soy sauce
  • 1/2 bunch chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped peanuts

Method 4 of 6: Egg and Shrimp Fried Rice

  1. 1 Heat 2 tbsp. l. peanut butter in a large skillet over medium heat... Wait one minute for the oil to warm up.
  2. 2 Add shallots and ginger and sauté for one minute. Fry 2 finely chopped shallots and 1 (5 cm) piece of peeled and grated ginger in oil. During this time, they should become fragrant.
  3. 3 Add Chinese cabbage and sauté for 8 minutes. Add 1/2 small, finely chopped peking cabbage, without pith. Fry until soft, then season with a pinch of salt.

  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp. l. coconut oil
  • 225 g medium sized shrimp, peeled (intestinal vein must also be removed)
  • 1 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tbsp. l. chopped garlic
  • 1 Thai chili, chopped
  • 3 cups cooked jasmine rice
  • 1 1/2 cups blanched broccoli
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp. l. chopped mint
  • 1 tbsp. l. chopped parsley
  • Salt to taste

Method 6 of 6: Spicy Thai Shrimp Fried Rice

  1. 1 Prepare 3 cups jasmine rice. Place the rice in boiling water and cook for the time indicated on the package. You can also cook the rice the day before or two days in advance.
  2. 2 Heat 1 tsp. l. sesame oil in a wok over medium heat... Wait one minute for the oil to warm slightly.
  3. 3 Add 2 eggs and cook for two minutes. Crack the eggs in a wok and fry for one minute on each side. Place cooked eggs on a cutting board, chop and set aside.

  8. 8 Add broccoli, eggs, soy sauce, fish sauce, mint and cilantro and toss. Add 1 1/2 cups boiled broccoli, 2 tsp. soy sauce, 2 tsp. fish sauce, 2 tbsp. l. chopped mint and 1 tbsp. l. finely chopped parsley and toss.
  9. 9 Serve. Season to taste with hot Thai shrimp fried rice and serve immediately.
