Method 2 of 3: Making Pad Thai
Sauté the onion and garlic. Pour another teaspoon of nut butter into the skillet. Turn up the heat. Add half the green onions and sauté for 30 seconds. Add garlic and sauté for another 10 seconds.
Prepare your eggs. Break the eggs into a skillet and stir immediately. The eggs should be fried for no more than 30 seconds, after which you can add the rest of the ingredients.
Add noodles and sauce. Place the noodles in a skillet and use tongs to stir with the rest of the ingredients. Pour the sauce over the noodles and continue stirring. Broil the mixture for about 30 seconds.
Add kale and beans. Mix them thoroughly with all the ingredients.
Add shrimp and half peanuts. Continue stirring the ingredients until everything is warm enough. The whole process should take no more than 2 minutes.
