Even if regular Maggi noodles are good enough, it doesn't hurt if you make them a little tastier by adding a little extra.
Ingredients
Method 1:
- 1 tablespoon oil
- Maggi Noodles
- 1/2 onion, chopped
Method 2:
- 1 bag of Maggi noodles
- 1 Maggi masala (usually in a noodle pack)
- Additional Masala Blend
- 2 1/2 cups water
Steps
Method 1 of 2: Chopped Onions and Maggi Noodles
1 Add 1 tablespoon of oil to a pot or kettle for cooking. Turn on low heat or kettle to medium setting.
- 2When the oil is hot, add the onion.
3 Break the noodles into pieces. Add gently to the oil.
4 Wait 2 minutes. Add 2 /2 glasses of water. It's okay if the water doesn't completely cover the noodles.
5 Bring to a boil. It will take 3-5 minutes. Stir occasionally.
6 Add Maggi masala and stir. By this time, the noodles should have absorbed most of the water.
- 7 You can serve. Turn off the heat, take a plate and serve hot.
Method 2 of 2: Maggi Super Masala Noodles
- 1Pour water into a saucepan.
- 2Turn on medium heat.
- 3 Put the pot on fire. Wait for the water to boil.
- 4When the water boils, add the masala that came with the noodles and the extra masala (you can buy it at any Indian store).
- 5When the water is evenly colored, add the noodles.
- 6Wait until the noodles are soft and absorb all the water.
- 7 Take it off. Drain and serve hot.
Tips
- Adjust the amount of masala according to your taste preference.
- Add vegetables other than onions if desired.
- Add oil to enhance the flavor.
Warnings
- Add water slowly to prevent hot liquid from splashing.
