Paid apps for your iPhone can eat up your budget very quickly, so if you want to download great iPhone apps in large quantities without harming your wallet, then you need free apps. And we will tell you where to look for them.

Method 1 of 3: Free Apps from the iTunes App Store

1. 1 Press the Home button on your iPhone. The Home button is a round button with a rounded square on it, located at the bottom of your iPhone.

6. 6 Check the price of each app. If you search for an application using categories or the search box, then carefully check the price of each application that grabs your attention.

4. 4 Click Install. Once you find a suitable application and open its page, click on the "Install" button to start downloading it.
   • You can minimize the iTunes App Store after that.
   • You should now be able to open a new app from your device's home screen. Whenever you want to open an application, just click on its icon once. You don't need to be in the iTunes App Store to run the app.
5. 5 Check out the day's discounts on various apps. Open your discount app every day to check for price changes. Look for price tags that have recently become free.

   • You can access such a website from your iPhone, or from your computer's internet browser. However, if you are looking for applications from your computer, then later, to download the necessary ones, you will need to go to the App Store from your iPhone and look for this application there.
   • Some of these sites offer free newsletter subscriptions. But on the rest you will have to periodically go and check the promotions and discounts.

2. 2 Read online magazines and blogs that specialize in technical advice. More often than not, online gadget magazines, online phone magazines, and tech blogs will have their lists of the most popular free iPhone apps.
   • Go to your favorite computer hardware site and search the site for "free apps".
   • You can access these sites from your iPhone or computer. Although, if you log in from your computer, then you will have to go to the App Store through the iPhone to find the required application.

4. 4 Click on the link to go to a page in the iTunes App Store. Usually, if you find a suitable application on another site, next to it there will be a link with the name "Go to the official page of the application", or something similar. Click this link to go to the app page in the iTunes App Store.
   • Alternatively, you can find the application through your iPhone. If you were looking for an application not through the iPhone, but from a computer, you can go to the App Store from your phone and search for the desired application there.
5. 5 Click on the "Install" button. Click on "Install" from the application page to download it to your iPhone.
   • That's all. You can now open the application by clicking on its icon from your device's home screen.
