When using Moborobo, if the driver cannot be installed, the hardware IDs must be provided to the development team.

Steps

1. 1 Hover over My Computer and right-click, then select Manage.
2. 2 Click the Device Manager button and click the Android USB Device button.
3. 3 Select the device and right-click.
4. 4 Click properties from the dropdown list.
5. 5 Click Details, and then click the Device Description button to select the hardware IDs.
6. 6 Submit the hardware ID information to the Moborobo development team.
7. 7 If you cannot find the identifiers, please send the Moborobo development team information about compatible identifiers.
