This wikiHow teaches you how to reset call logs on multiple Android phones. If the manufacturer you are using is not mentioned in this article, you can still use one of the methods below as a general guide.
Steps
Method 1 of 5: Samsung Galaxy
Open the Phone app. This app with a green phone icon is usually located on the bottom left of the home screen.
Press the button ⁝ or More (Other). This option is in the upper right corner of the screen.
Click Delete (Erase). A check box appears next to each call in the list.
Select the calls that you want to delete, or check the All box at the top of the list to select all calls.
Click Delete in the upper right corner of the screen. The call history will be deleted immediately. advertisement
Method 2 of 5: Google and Motorola
Open the Phone app. The app has a blue round icon with a white phone handset inside. You can usually find it at the bottom of the home screen.
Click the clock icon. The most recent calls will appear.
Click the image button ⁝ in the upper right corner of the screen.
Click Call History (Call history). All incoming and outgoing calls will be displayed.
Click the image button ⁝.
Click Clear call history (Clear call history).

Method 3 of 5: Asus
Open the Phone app. This app with a handset icon is usually located at the bottom of the home screen.
Click the image button ⁝ near the top right corner of the screen.
Click Manage call log (Manage call log).
Click Delete call log (Clear call log). A list of calls will appear.
Click the box next to “Select All”. This is the first box in the upper left corner of the screen. All calls in the log will be selected.
Click the trash can icon in the upper right corner of the screen.

Method 4 of 5: LG
Open the Phone app. This app has an icon for a handset and is usually at the bottom of the home screen.
Click Call logs.
Click on the icon .... If you are using an older device, press the Menu button at the bottom of the screen.
Click Clear all (Delete all).

Method 5 of 5: HTC
Open the Phone app with the phone icon on the home screen.
Swipe to the Call History tab.
Click the image button ⁝.
Click Remove call history (Clear call history). Now a checkbox will appear next to each call in the list.
Select the call to delete. You can tap the boxes next to each call, or select Select all.
