Steps

Method 1 of 7: Use elastic bands

1. 

   Place the stamp cartridge face up. The cartridge is the part that protrudes from the plastic and is on the opposite side of the pin, or the circular part of the security key.

   Pull away the fabric with the security stamp. Pull it out as far as possible, as the ink will get on your clothes if the sensor breaks.

3. 

   Wrap the rubber band around the seatbelt. It should be large, firm, and long enough to wrap around the pin. This will loosen the dowel off the garment.

   Hold the larger portion of the cartridge with one hand.

5. 

   Pull out the handle with the other hand. The force exerted should be strong enough for the pin to pop out.

Method 2 of 7: Use a screwdriver

   Place the security stamp on the floor and let the cartridge face up.

2. 

   Use a thin-tip screwdriver placed along the edge of the pyramid block above.

3. 

   Press down hard. The screwdriver head will go through the plastic and push it up.

4. 

   Continue to remove the plastic.

   Remove the foil lining below. You can also see a thin sheet of metal below.

   Use a screwdriver to remove the metal layer fixing the safety pin.

Method 3 of 7: Refrigerate the security stamp

Method 4 of 7: Apply force

Method 5 of 7: Use a sharp nose plier

1. 

   Hold the security stamp so that the cartridge is facing up.

2. 

   Use your nose to grip the other end of the security stamp.

3. 

   Use another forceps to hold the other end.

4. 

   Bend the ends with the forceps. Do not break too hard, as the stamp may crack and the ink will splash everywhere.

5.

Method 6 of 7: Use strong force on the magnetic stamp

Many modern stamps will have an electromagnet layer instead of a cartridge; When you open it, you will see that there is no ink inside.

   Insert something in the center of the safety pin to create space.

   Turn the safety latch up and down until it detaches.

3. 

   Tug on the security card so that the safety latch falls off the card.

• Don't do any of the above before leaving the store.
• The above methods are used for rectangular cards and spiral security pins.
• Some stores use magnets to remove security tags, so try placing two magnets on either side of the safety latch to remove it. Alternatively, a strong magnet can also be placed on the side of the plastic to pull out the safety pin.
• You can also use a lighter, light it until the plastic melts and expose the metal that secures the safety pin inside the card, break it with force and the card is removed from your clothes.
• For rectangular cards with ink inside, they only have one gear on the back to fix the safety latch to protect the cartridges inside.
• Take a sample of cardboard placed underneath the toner cartridge to prevent it from contacting clothes to prevent ink from spilling onto the fabric when trying to remove the security tag.
• You can also remove the security card with a forceps.
• Use a drill. This only takes a few seconds because the plastic is so soft.
