- Spread the meat so that it does not fold or overlap other cuts of meat. With this action, the meat will be cooked evenly.
- If you like, you can place foil in a tray to easily remove any excess fat from the meat.
Remove the meat from the oven. Turn the meat over and continue baking for 8-10 minutes.
