Would you like Netflix to stream your favorite series and movies? You're not the only one. Netflix makes it easy for subscribers to request titles they want to see. First log in to Netflix and then navigate to the link in the help center to suggest new titles. If you don't have a Netflix account yet, you can request a one-month free trial.

Part 1 of 2: Making requests on Netflix

1. Log in to your Netflix account. The first step in the process is to log into your existing Netflix account. If you are not yet a subscriber, you can get a free trial subscription of one month.
2. Navigate to the help center. When you're signed in to Netflix, scroll down from your home page. At the very bottom you will see the "Help Center" link. Click on this.
3. Scroll to the "Shortcuts" at the bottom of the page. From the help center you will go to a page where you have to scroll down again. There you see a few bold topics. One of these topics is "Shortcuts". Below is the link where you can request new films and series from Netflix.
4. Click on "Request TV Shows and Movies". You will now be taken to a form with which you can submit your request. You may request a maximum of three films and series from Netflix at the same time. Fill in your suggestions and click the button labeled "Submit Request".
5. Submit multiple requests. When you've submitted the first three suggestions, you'll be taken to a page where Netflix thanks you for your request. On this page there is a blue link with the text "Request more titles". Click on this link and submit a few more requests.
6. Do not request a title more than once. Applying for the same title several times does not help. Netflix keeps track of which subscriber requests which titles. If you request the same series ten times, Netflix will simply count it as a single request.
7. Use the Netflix app to request series and films. Applications can also be made on a mobile phone or tablet. Tap the menu at the top left and click "Help Center" at the bottom of the list that appears. This action opens the help center in your browser. Here you simply follow the steps above to submit your applications.
8. Wait patiently. There is nothing you can do after submitting your request. Keep an eye out for the new titles and keep your fingers crossed. Keep in mind that not every request is honored by Netflix.

Part 2 of 2: Signing up for Netflix

1. Go to the Netflix website. Go to the web address www.netflix.com to register. You can register on most devices with an internet connection. However, you have the best overview on a computer.
2. Click the "Try Now" button. On the Netflix homepage, you will see a large red button labeled "Try Now." Click on this. This initiates the enrollment process. Remember, you can cancel at any time during the trial month.
3. Choose a subscription. The first step for the trial month is to choose a subscription. There are three plans - "Basic", "Standard" and "Premium". Select the red square that suits you best. Then scroll down and click "Continue".
   • The basic subscription costs 7.99 euros. This allows you to watch Netflix on one screen every time.
   • The standard subscription costs 10.99 euros. This allows you to watch Netflix on two screens simultaneously from your account.
   • The premium subscription costs 13.99 euros. This allows you to be logged in to up to four screens at the same time and watch Netflix, also with the "Ultra HD" option.
4. Create your account. The second step in getting a trial subscription is to create your account. Enter your email address and a password for your new Netflix account. After this, click again on the big red button with the inscription "Continue".
5. Enter your payment information. Netflix gives you a one-month trial, but you must enter your PayPal or credit card information first. When the trial ends, money for your selected plan will be automatically charged.
   • Netflix will email you three days before your trial ends to remind you that your account is being charged.
   • You can cancel your Netflix subscription at any time.
6. Start your trial. Your trial period starts immediately after registration. On the next page you can indicate which devices you usually use to watch. Netflix also asks you for a rating of a random selection of series and movies. This way, Netflix knows better which titles they can recommend to you to personalize your account.
