This article will teach you how to select a new photo for your Discord profile on an Android phone or tablet.
To step
Open Discord. This is a purple icon with the image of a white gamepad. This is usually on your home screen or between your other apps. 
Press ☰ in the top left corner of the screen.
Press the gear in the lower right corner of the screen.
Press My Account under "Account Settings".
Tap your current profile picture. If you've never changed your profile picture, it looks like a gray game controller on a white background. 
Select a photo. To choose a photo from your device's camera roll, press "Photos". To take a new photo, you have to press the icon of a camera. 
Press the icon to save. This icon resembles a blue disk and is located in the lower right corner of the screen. Your profile picture is now the picture you selected.
