When you have a party or want to play a joke with one of your buddies, it is nice to make green beer. You have to practice to maintain the balance between a bright green color and a nice foamy beer. Here you can read how.

To step

1. Choose a light beer. Regular lager or wheat beer are fine. You can also make dark beer green, but then you have to use so much food coloring that it turns your teeth green.
2. Put 4-6 drops of green food coloring in the bottom of a beer glass. Use more drops for a darker shade.
   • Use liquid food coloring; that mixes more easily with the beer.
   • Do not use blue food coloring. You would say that along with the yellow beer it also turns green, but because the colors are not pure pigments, it rather turns turquoise.
3. Fill the glass with beer. The colorant mixes with the beer as you pour, turning the beer beautifully green. Don't stir the beer, it will kill.
4. Enjoy it.

• Drink in moderation, and don't drive if you've been drinking. If you make the stupid decision to do so, you risk the lives of others and your own.
