These are instructions for girls in middle school or high school. They won't suit everyone.

Steps

  1. 1 Get enough sleep. Sleep at least 8-10 hours a day, depending on how active you are. If you do 45-60 minutes aerobics daily, then you need at least 10 hours of sleep. If you exercise 25-30 minutes a day, then you need to sleep for at least 9 hours. If you are not doing aerobics, then for you a normal sleep is eight hours. Also remember that you need extra time to get ready for school.
  2. 2 Eat a Whole, Healthy Breakfast: usually, it is cornflakes with milk and fruit. Eat scrambled eggs, toast with jam, and drink regular or soy milk. Prepare a fruit smoothie, if desired. Never skip breakfast.
  3. 3 Clothing. For a typical school day, a nice skirt or jeans and a top are great, in which you will be comfortable and with which you can wear jewelry and accessories. Do not overdo it with flowers and be sure to bring some kind of jacket with you.
  4. 4 Accessories. There are many different accessories: necklaces, earrings, bracelets, scarves and rings. Wear what you like, but don't overdo it.
  5. 5 Makeup. Never wear a lot of makeup. You will be frowned upon and look cheap. Stand 10 steps from the mirror and then you will notice if you have too much makeup on your eyes and lips. Choose neutral colors like peach, brown and yellow. Try to look good. Don't put on a lot of lipstick. It will smudge no matter how tough it is.
  6. 6 Shoes. Think about what kind of shoes you will wear during the day. If you have soccer practice after school, put on your socks and sneakers. If singing in a choir, do not wear high heels or flip flops. If you are wearing everything brown, then do not wear bright red sandals.
  7. 7 Collect your backpack. Check the timetable to see what you need to pack besides an umbrella, sweater, homework, and a badge. Ask your parents if you asked to remind you of something. Also take notes to yourself.
  8. 8 Smile. Smiling will make you more confident.
