This is a great cream cheese cream that complements most cakes and is easy to make with simple ingredients. Cover your homemade art with a cream that will show that you are a connoisseur (and only you will know how easy it is).
Ingredients
- 113 g butter or margarine, softened
- 224 g cream cheese, softened
- 448 g icing sugar, sifted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Steps
1 Whisk the butter and cream cheese together using a stand mixer or hand mixer.
2 After the butter and cream cheese have been thoroughly mixed, gradually add the powdered sugar in small portions until thoroughly combined.
3 Continue to beat the cream with a mixer until light and fluffy.
4 Add a teaspoon of vanilla to the cream and mix thoroughly.
5 The result of this recipe is 3 cups of cream, which is enough for a three-layer cake or a large one-layer cake. It can be kept covered in the refrigerator for up to a week.
6 (It's also great for vanilla waffle cookies.)
Tips
- Using butter instead of margarine produces a creamier creamier with a rich flavor.
- To color the cream in a specific color, add food coloring drop by drop until the desired color is achieved.
- Although this recipe uses sifted icing sugar, you don't need to use it unless you need a completely smooth cream.
- This cream has a very soft consistency and spreads very easily. Store it in the refrigerator in hot conditions.
- This cream is off-white in color, but rather creamy. The cream may differ depending on whether you are using butter or margarine.
