1 Bullet bracelets. This is a very specific piece that is fortunately easy to get hold of.Go to your nearest army store and buy some large casings, then fill them with fake polymer clay bullets. It is more than enough for two bracelets with bullets, and then you can put all the parts together and save for the future Iron Man suit. 
2 Red wig. In stores, it costs $ 20- $ 30. You can also really dye and curl your hair, but be careful! Red is not very suitable as a permanent hair color. If you dye your hair, the regrown roots will be very noticeable. 
3 Holster and belt. Due to the popularity of the Tomb Raider, the hip holster is not difficult to find. It can be tricky to find a left leg holster like in the movie, but then again, who's paying attention? There should be three pockets on the waist of the holster. Quite decent options can be found in army stores. A believable looking toy gun can be bought online. In addition to the hip holster, a belt is needed that is worn slightly higher at the waist. This belt is wide, made of cloth, and has a simple silver buckle with a red hourglass design. Amazon has a "this style" safety harness that will work too, albeit narrower than the original. 
4 Boots with three rows of buckles. Boots should be black, low-heeled, made of textiles or suede, like in the movie. If necessary, you can use thin skin. Each boot has three rows of stripes with hourglass buckles. Snap-on collars sold at pet stores are ideal for making this item. 
5 Cropped gloves and shoulder patches. You can find matching fingerless gloves at any motorcycle accessories store. Patches with letters S.H.I.E.L.D. appear on the shoulders. They are round, with a black eagle on a white background. Look at your nearest army store, or use liquid rubber for a cheap alternative. 
6 Makeup. The makeup is simple: not very bright pink lipstick and a lot of mascara. That's all. Let your loved one dress up as Iron Man, and together you will defeat the forces of evil.
