This wiki page will show you how to remove all Snapchat chats from the Chats page.

Steps

1. 

   Open the Snapchat app. It is a white ghost silhouette on a yellow background.
   • If you are not logged in, tap Log In (Login) and enter your username (or email address) and password.

   Swipe down from the top of the camera screen. This will open your profile page.

3. 

   Press ⚙️. This option is in the upper right corner of the screen.

   Scroll down and tap Clear Conversations (Delete conversation). This button is near the bottom of the Settings page in the "Account Actions" section.

5. 

   Press Clear All (Delete all). You will find this option in the upper right corner of the page.
   • You can also press the accent mark X to the right of the contact's name to delete only that Snapchat contact's chat history.

   Press Clear Feed (Delete feed). Tapping on this option will confirm your decision and chat history will be reset from scratch.
   • Deleting chat history will reset your streak or best friend on snapchat as well.

Advice

• Deleting chat data deletes space on your phone.

Warning

• When pressed Clear Feed (Delete feed), you will not be able to restore any previous chat data.
