This article will guide you on how to set alarm volume on iPhone louder or smaller.
Steps
Open Setting (Settings). It's a gray gear icon, usually located on the home screen.
Press Sound (Sounds). This item is in the top half of the page.
Volume slide at section Bells and tones (Ringer and Alerts) to the desired level. This item is near the top of the page.- The phone ring tones when adjusted, so you can hear the volume level you are setting.
- If you want to change the alarm volume in the future, slide the settings Change by button (Change with Buttons) to the "On" position. This setting is below the volume slider. This will allow you to adjust the alarm volume using your iPhone's volume buttons when the phone is unlocked.
Advice
- Check the volume before going to bed to make sure it's at the right level.
- If the volume drops when you look at the phone, it is possible that Attention Aware Features is enabled. To turn awareness features on or off, go to Settings> Face ID & Passcode (Face ID & Passcode). Only applicable to Apple iPhone X or iPad Pro 11-inch or iPad Pro 12.9-in.
Warning
- When using setup Change by buttonTurning off the phone ringer using the iPhone's volume buttons will also affect your alarm.
