This article will show you how to create folders in your Google Drive to organize your files.
Steps
1 Follow this link https://www.google.com/drive/.
- If you already have a Google account, you can also go to www.google.com, click on the icon with 9 squares in the upper right corner of the page, and then click on the icon Diskto go there.
2 Click the Go to Google Drive button. You will be taken to the Google Drive home screen.
3 Click the CREATE button. This blue button is in the upper left corner of the screen. A drop-down menu will appear.
4 Click on Folder. You will see a pop-up form where you will need to enter the name of the new folder.
5 Enter the name of the new folder in the text box.
6 Click the Create button. This will create a new folder in your Google Drive.
7 Drag the file to a new folder. This will add the existing file on disk to the new folder.
8 Drag the folder to the new folder. This will create a subfolder in your new folder.
