In an age of rapidly evolving technology, it's no surprise that we connect all of our mobile devices to social networking sites. By connecting a social networking site to your phone, you want to share your life with others and let others share their lives with you. Here's how you can connect Facebook to your mobile device using a computer.

Steps

1. 1 Log in to Facebook. Open the website with your preferred browser on your desktop computer. When you're on the webpage, log in with your account. To do this, you will need to enter your username and password.
   • There are several ways how your password can be re-sent or recovered if you encounter any difficulties when entering the site. All you need is the email address you provided during registration.
2. 2 Left-click on the inverted triangle sign. It is usually located in the upper right corner of the screen.
3. 3 Scroll down to Settings and left-click again. You will now be taken to a screen labeled "General Account Settings". Here you will see tabs on the left side.
4. 4 Go to the "Mobile" tab. There will be a section labeled "Your Phones".
5. 5 Click on the link "Add another mobile phone number".
6. 6 Enter your mobile phone number. After that you will receive an SMS with a confirmation code.
7. 7 Enter the verification code in the window that appears on the screen. The mobile device is now linked to Facebook and you will receive notifications whenever someone interacts with your account!
   • You will be able to make numerous changes from here. Facebook is designed to go hand in hand with mobile so that you get the most out of your experience.
