Add in. When the eggs are cooked underneath and are soft on top, sprinkle with all the filling (except cheese). Continue frying until the eggs are bubbling above.
Flip the eggs. Lift the pan and rotate your wrist in a quick circular motion to flip the egg to the other side. Be careful not to let the eggs slip out of the pan. You should control your wrist rotation so that the egg is in the center of the pan.
- It may take practice to master this skill. The pan should have enough butter so that the eggs easily slide on the surface and turn over.
- If you don't want to do this, you can use a small shovel to flip the eggs.
Pour eggs into the steamer. If you have a bamboo steamer, you can use it to steam eggs. If you do not have a steamer, you can use 2 pots, 1 large pot and 1 small pot that can fit into the large pot.
