Everyone loves to upload videos to YouTube. Someone wants to show them to the whole world, while others only to a select group of people. If you are not aware of the settings for your videos, then review them and make sure that only those for whom they are intended can watch the videos.

Steps

Method 1 of 2: Finding Your Videos

1. 1 Open the YouTube page and click on the "Login" button.
2. 2Enter your username and password, then click "Login"
3. 3 Go to the top right corner and open your profile.
4. 4 Select "Video Manager".
5. 5 View all your uploaded videos.

Method 2 of 2: How to change the settings

1. 1 Navigate to the desired video and click the "Edit" button.
2. 2 Review all items. The menu allows you to view the current video recording settings such as title, description and privacy.
3. 3 Change the title, description, categories, or privacy level. If you want to make your video popular, then use the following tips:
   • title: choose the right video title, which should be short and easy to find;
   • Description: Use at least 500 words in your description to make it easier for Google and YouTube to find the video. Also include necessary information for viewers;
   • tags: Lots of tags make it easier for viewers to find videos. Don't make up your own tags. Use the Google Keyword Planner or Google Trends to choose the most suitable tags for your video;
   • privacy: choose public or limited access to the video;
   • Categories: They don't really affect the search. Choose the most suitable category.
4. 4 Click "Save" to apply your changes.
