There are two ways to say “I love you” in Arabic, depending on whether you are speaking to a man or a woman. The first way is traditional, and the second, more ardent and deep, it is customary to officially declare your love for another person.
Steps
Method 1 of 2: Addressing a Woman
- 1 Say “uHibbuki” to confess your love for a woman. Pronounced as “u-hi-bu-ki”, where the letter “u” is consonant with the Russian “u”.
- 2 Say “ana uHibbuki” to officially and publicly declare your love for a woman. “Ana” is pronounced “a-na” and is consonant with the name “Anna”. Use this form of declaration of love in situations where you want your sweetheart and someone else to know about your true feelings.
Method 2 of 2: Reaching out to a man
- 1 Say “uHibbuki” to confess your love for a woman. Pronounced as “u-hi-bu-ki”, where the letter “u” is consonant with the Russian “u”.
- 2 Say “ana uHibbuka” to officially and publicly declare your love for a man. “Ana” is pronounced “a-na” and is consonant with the name “Anna”. Use this form of declaration of love in situations where you want your lover and someone else to know about your true feelings.
