This article shows you how to create an automatic Piston door as you stand on a pressure sensor disc in the Creative mode of the Minecraft video game. You can do this in the desktop, mobile, and console versions of Minecraft.

Steps

Part 1 of 3: Prepare

1. 

   Start playing the game in Creative mode (Creative). While you can make automatic Piston gates in Survival mode, it's time-consuming to find the resources needed and craft the ingredients, unless you have the items available.

   Add the required ingredients to the equipment bar. You will need the following items to create automatic Piston doors:
   • Redstone (Đá đỏ)
   • Redstone Torches (Red stone torch)
   • Cobblestone (Pebble, or a solid block similar to wood)
   • Sticky Pistons (Stick Piston)
   • Stone Pressure Plates (Stone pressure sensor disc)

   Looking for a door job. If you already have a shelter for your door, you need to go there. If not, look for something flat. After finding the desired spot, you can go to the next step of laying the wire. advertisement

Part 2 of 3: Laying of conductors

1. 

   Dig holes with the size of 2x2x3. You need to dig the hole two blocks deep, two blocks long and three blocks wide.

   Dig two ditches of wire. When looking at the three-block side, you need to dig a two-block trench from the middle block, then remove the top block in front of you. Repeat this step on the other side of the hole.

3. 

   Place the red stone at the bottom of the hole. You will create a 2x3 red rock grid.

4. 

   Place red stone torches at the end of each moat. This torch will be placed on the protruding block at the end of each trench.

5. 

   Scatter red rocks along the trench. You need to place two red stones at the bottom of each trench to connect the red rock torch to the red rock located at the bottom of the pit.

6. 

   Place the cobblestone block above the red stone torches. You will likely need to place a block on the side of the torch first, and then attach a second block to that block for successful execution.
   • You can also use wood or other solid block.

7. 

   Fill holes and trenches. You can place the block level on the ground level to fill the hole. Once you've filled the hole and everything looks flat (except for the blocks above the red stone torch), you can continue with the doorway. advertisement

Part 3 of 3: Making the door

1. 

   Equipped with sticky piston. Optional Piston stick in the equipment bar.

2. 

   Place the sticky Piston in front of each protrusion block. Face one of the blocks covering the red rock torch, place the sticky Piston in front of the previous block, and repeat this step with the remaining protruding block.

3. 

   Place the adhesive Pistons on top of the two adhesive Pistons. Face one of the stick Pistons, select the one on top, and then repeat this step on the other piston.

4. 

   Place red stone on top of each knob. This is the step that activates the sticky Piston at the top.

5. 

   Place the door components in front of each adhesive piston. You need to place a total of four solid blocks (eg pebbles) in the center of the sticky Piston frame.

6. 

   Place two pressure plates in front and behind the door. You need to place the pressure sensor disc above the ground, just in front of and behind each pillar of the door component.

7. 

   Try the door. Stand on both pressure-sensing discs at the same time to cause the door to open, then go through the door. You should be able to step through with no problems.
   • You can build something around the door to hide the way it works.

Advice

• When adding this mechanism to the existing shelters, you can add decorations (such as paint) to avoid placing additional blocks.
• Here's a good way to hide a secret door. To conceal the pressure sensor disc, if it's a pressure sensor disc (light and heavy) then you can place a block of gold (gold) or iron (iron) below depending on the pressure sensor disc. For wooden plates and stone, you can place wooden planks or stone blocks. You can also hide the red rock's mechanism of action with blocks and hide them with mountains, shelter walls or something else.

• If you get stuck in the door while playing Survival mode, your character will die.
