This article shows you how to view mobile data used on iPhone since the last time you reset data statistics.

Method 1 of 2: Use iPhone's Available Features

   Open the Settings app with the gray gear icon normally displayed on the home screen.

   Choose Cellular (Mobile) near the top of the "Settings" page.
   • On phones using an English (UK) keyboard, you choose Mobile Data (Cellular data).

   Scroll down to the "Cellular Data Usage" section. You'll see two options displayed under this heading: "Current Period" - showing all mobile usage data since the last time you cleared usage statistics, and "Current. Period Roaming "- displays usage data for regions where your phone doesn't have mobile carrier services (for example, when traveling internationally).
   • The "Current Time" data does not automatically reset the billing cycle. You can reset usage data statistics by tapping Reset Statistics at the bottom of the page.
   • Data may be displayed differently depending on the carrier. If "Current Time" is not seen, select Usage (Usage) below the header with carrier name to view the mobile data used.

   Scroll down to see a list of apps using mobile data. Applications are listed under the heading "CELLULAR DATA" (Mobile Data); Apps with the blue slider to the right can all use mobile data.
   • The number below the app's name shows how many kilobytes (KB), megabytes (MB), or gigabytes (GB) that the app has used since the last time you reset the "Current Time" information.
   • If "System Services" appears under "Cellular data", this is information that shows how much data the device features have used. Choose Service system to see a list of features and amount of data required.

Method 2 of 2: Request information from mobile service provider

   Call the mobile operator's hotline. While checking your mobile data in Settings tells you how much data you've used, you don't know your usage limit, and sometimes the date and capacity don't match your carrier information. You can quickly check how much data is left in your monthly usage limit by entering a message or calling your phone operator's switchboard:
   • Viettel - Compose a message with syntax KTTK and send to 191. You will get complete information about the mobile data plan in use.
   • Mobifone - Compose a message with syntax KT DATA and send 999 or call the operator 0909 good 18001090. You will receive information showing how much mobile data is left over the monthly limit.
   • Vinaphone - Compose a message with syntax DATA and send 888 or press *123# and press the Call button. You will receive information showing how much mobile data is left over the monthly limit.
   • Vietnamobile - Compose a message with syntax KT DATA and send 345 or press *101# good *102# and press the Call button. You will receive information showing how much mobile data is left over the monthly limit.
   • Verizon (In the US) - Enter #DATA and press the Call button. You will receive information showing the amount of mobile data used during that billing period.

   Download the mobile operator's application from App Store. Most carriers have apps for you to download to your iPhone; With this action, you can track mobile data and package right in the app ..

   • Rogers (CA) (In the US) - Download the MyRogers app.

   Contact the mobile operator directly. If all the other methods don't work, you can call your operator's switchboard or go to the store to check the amount of data used and the remaining data in your plan; Besides, you can also request to upgrade the package to suit your needs. advertisement

Advice

• Mobile data is the wireless data you use for web browsing, email, and other services provided by your mobile carrier rather than a Wi-Fi network.
• To calculate the amount of data used over a period of time, you select Reset Statistics and then check the data that you have used from that time until a specific time.
