Having an active and creative imagination is a great gift. But it's not always that great at night, especially when it keeps you awake. Do not despair! This article will show you a few ways to help you fall asleep when your brain is overactive.

Method 1 of 4: Calming the brain
- Only use your bed for sleeping. If your imagination doesn't want to stop, don't keep spinning in bed. This will make your body believe that your bed is a place to think and be mentally awake. Instead, move to a different room.
